The Effect of a Period of TRX Training on Lipid Profile and Body Composition in Overweight Women
Suspension training is a combination of unique training movements aimed at improving strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility, power, and core stability within a single workout. Suspension training is marketed as a cardiovascular and resistance training exercise modality performed like a circuit-training workout, in which a series of exercises are performed in rotation with minimal rest time. Objective: The purpose of this study was the analysis of the effect a period of TRX training on lipid profile and body composition in overweight women. Methods: 24 cases of overweight women, at the age of 29/41 ± 4.48, height 162/35 ± 4.97cm, weight 73.4 ± 5.47kg and BMI 27.85 ± 2.02 kg/m2 were randomly divided into two control and experimental groups consisting of 12 people. The exercise program was accomplished in eight weeks with three training sessions per week. The training duration from the first week up to the last week increased from 12 to 30 minutes and the exercise intensity from 50 to 80 HRmax. Prior to the implementation of the training program, the performance indicators and body composition were measured and blood test was also conducted for determining the lipid profile. After eight weeks of practicing, all of these tests were taken once more. In experimental group after eight weeks of practicing, fat percentage of body reduced from 39.8 to 36. 97 (p = 0.001) and body fat mass decreased from 28. 22 to 26. 32 (p = 0.001) and the muscle strength increased from 13.85 to 15. 21 Kg (p=0.001) while the lower body muscle strength indicates a rise from 126.78 to 132.24 (p=0.001), and the VO2max from 55.05 to 61. 89 ml.kg.min (p= 0.002). Conclusions: A period time of TRX affects performance indicators significantly and body composition.

Effect of eight weeks of supplementation of omega-3 supplementation and TRX training on visfatin and insulin resistance in women with polycystic ovary syndrome
Introduction: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common endocrine diseases with hyperinsulinemia in women. Infertility with prevalence of 15 is one of the major problems in the society. Therefore, this study was performed with aim to evaluate the effect of 8 weeks of TRX and omega-3 supplementation on serum visfatin levels and insulin resistance in women with PCOS. Methods: This clinical trial study was performed in 2017 on 28 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in Isfahan. Participants were randomly divided into four groups: TRX training, omega-3 supplementation, exercise-supplementation, and control. The supplement and combination groups received 56 capsules of omega-3 supplement 1 gr (360 mg of EPA and 280 mg of DHA). The exercise and combination groups received an exercise program TRX including 10 minutes warm-up, 45 minutes TRX training and 10 minutes of cool-down. The control group was only followed up without any intervention. Blood samples were taken before and after 8 weeks of intervention to determine the serum levels of visfatin, fasting glucose, insulin and insulin resistance. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software (version 21) and by correlated t-test and variance analysis. P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: After 8 weeks of intervention, weight loss in the TRX group was significantly higher than that of the supplement and control groups (p <0.05). The difference in mean fasting blood glucose level before and after the intervention was significant in the exercise, supplementation and control groups (p <0.05). Also, the difference in mean of insulin before and after the intervention was significant in the exercise, supplementation and combination groups (p <0.05). The difference in mean of insulin resistance before and after the intervention was significant in all 4 groups (p <0.05). Changes in serum visfatin levels were significant before and after the intervention in the exercise, supplementation and combination groups (p <0.05). Conclusion: Eight weeks of TRX training and the use of omega-3 supplementation due to weight loss and insulin resistance can be effective in controlling and improving the complications of polycystic ovary syndrome in women.

the The Effect of Four Months of TRX Training on Lumbar Bone Mineral Density and its Relationship with Serum Adiponectin Level in Osteopenic Women
Background: Osteoporosis is a systemic skeletal disease augmenting the risk of fractures. The biological mechanisms of bone osteogenic response to mechanical loads are not fully understood. This study aimed to determine the effects of four months of TRX training on lumbar bone mineral density (BMD) and its relationship with serum adiponectin in osteopenic women. Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 30 osteopenic women were selected by purposive sampling and then randomly divided into two groups of TRX (n=15), and control (n=15). The experimental group performed TRX exercise protocol for four months, three sessions a week, and 45-60 minutes per session. At the beginning and end of the intervention, blood samples were obtained to determine serum adiponectin using a specific ELISA kit (Bio vendor, Czech Republic). The bone mineral density of the lumbar was assessed by 2D Dexa instrument (LEXXOS DIGITAL, USA). Data analysis was performed applying paired and independent sample student t-test and Pearson correlation in SPSS 20 software. Results: Lumbar BMD (Pvalue=0.000) and serum adiponectin level (Pvalue=0.000) significantly increased in the TRX group compared to the control. In within-group comparison, significant elevations were observed in lumbar BMD (Pvalue=0.000) and serum adiponectin level (Pvalue=0.004) after TRX exercise. A statistically significant positive correlation was observed between lumbar BMD and serum adiponectin in osteopenic women (Pvalue=0.000). Conclusions: According to the results, it seems that TRX exercise can improve lumbar BMD and serum adiponectin levels in osteopenic women. THE DYNAMIC EFFECT OF TRX TRAINING ON THE MORPHOFUNCTIONAL STATUS OF FEMALE STUDENTS
Aim: the paper aims to study the dynamic effect of TRX training on the morphofunctional status of female students. Materials and methods. Two identical research studies were conducted in 30 female students ages 18–19 in their different years of study. The functional status of female students was studied with non-invasive methods such as the REP (RS-232) stadiometer, the Tanita body fat analyzer, the MBN 3-D scanner, the MBN Stabilo. Results. During the initial experiment, no significant differences were found among 18-year-old first-year female students (p > 0.05). However, among 19-year-old second-year female students, significant differences (p < 0.05) were found in terms of morphological and functional data, locomotor apparatus and the sensory-vestibular task. Conclusion. TRX training positively affects the functional status of 18–19-year-old female students.

The Effect of TRX Training on the Balance Functions of Futsal Players
Introduction: According to the previous studies, the balance is the important part of the success in the sports performance. Also, balance plays a great role in preventing sports injuries. So, Strengthening and improving balance functions to reduce injuries, costs of treatment and avoidance of competitions should be emphasized. So, The aim of the present study was to assess the effect of total resistance exercise on equilibrium functions of Futsal players. Methods: The present study was an experimental type with pretest and posttest design. The statistical population consisted of 24 qualified Futsal players that divided into equal groups in the intervention (12) and control (12) groups. The intervention group performed TRX training ones for six weeks in three sessions of 60 minutes per week. During the research, the control group performed their routine exercises. The dynamic equilibrium was evaluated by the star excursion balance Test before and 6 weeks after of exercise. Paired T and Independent t-test and were used for data analysis in Spss version 23. Result: According to the present research, the ability of the intervention group in performing the balance test was significantly improved. While these changes were not significant for the control group. Conclusion: TRX training seems to improve the futsal players balance performance and it is recommended that coaches and athletes use these exercises to improve their balance.
